Chinese consul-general Zheng Xiyuan was seen – and video-recorded - ripping down posters and attacking peaceful Hong Kong pro-democracy protesters outside their Manchester-sited consulate.
Zheng Xiyuan and fellow protester-beating thug Wang Wenbin might be registered under diplomatic status cover but both are members of Beijing’s ‘Guójiā Ānquán Bù’ – aka Chinese State Stasi / secret police.
