   One Lahaina seafront home, and car, remain intact while all around is reduced to ash. Obviously the raging wildfire arsonists decided to give that one a miss.

WTF is the betting that when the insurance coughs up token compensation for the incinerated properties, the Lahaina owner-residents will be denied planning permission to rebuild on the same sites.

But Lahaina - once the centre of the Hawaiian Islands Kingdom - is just a well outa the way place on a map of the Pacific Ocean (the Aloha State - far from the beaten track and globally remote). An ideal location for this test run, to gauge public response – then if all goes as planned, the climate crisis catastrophe scam will be rolled out big time – and as required.
